Where are the products made?

Every single item in the collective is proudly mixed, poured, and packaged by hand in my cottage in North Devon.  I focus on small-batch production to ensure the highest quality and care goes into every bottle and clamshell.

 

Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, 100%. I believe in kindness to animals and the planet. All of my bases, waxes, and fragrance oils are completely vegan-friendly and are never tested on animals.

 

What is Odouraze™ Technology?

Odouraze™  is a clever, scientifically backed fragrance technology that does not just mask bad smells—it destroys them. It contains active ingredients that chemically bond with household malodour molecules (like cooking smells, tobacco, and pet odours) to neutralise and eliminate them permanently from the air and fabrics.

 

Is the Multi-Action Cleansing Powder safe for septic tanks?

Yes! This is a huge priority for a rural business. I have formulated the powder using a natural, mineral-based blend of Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid & SLSA. These ingredients are 100% safe for septic tanks and soakaways, as they do not contain harsh chlorine bleaches or corrosive chemicals that destroy vital tank bacteria.

 

What are Mood Therapy fragrance oils?

Mood Therapy oils are premium fragrance oils blended using the principles of aromachology (the science of scent and emotion). Certain scent combinations trigger emotional responses in the brain. My Calm - Pause & Unwind range uses these oils to help actively shift your mindset—whether you need to relax, focus, or uplift your mood.

 

Why do I use coconut wax for your melts?

I chose sustainable coconut wax because it is one of the most eco-friendly waxes available. It burns cleaner, lasts longer, and has an incredibly smooth scent throw compared to standard paraffin or soy waxes. It is entirely non-toxic and biodegradable.

 

How often should you flip the reeds in your diffuser?

To keep the fragrance fresh and vibrant, I recommend flipping your natural reeds once every 1 to 2 weeks. Always protect your hands with a tissue when flipping them, and wipe up any accidental drips immediately.
