Subscription Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to our Monthly Subscription Box!

How Your Subscription Works:

Your subscription box is £15.00 per month and includes 3 curated Scented Melts, 1 pack of Signature Scented Vacuum Discs, and 1 Signature Scented Carpet Refreshener.

You'll be charged on the same day each month, and your box will be dispatched shortly after.

All boxes are delivered directly to your door.

Cancelling or Pausing Your Subscription:

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time with no penalties.

To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel or pause at least 2 days before your next billing date.

You can manage your subscription anytime by logging into your account and visiting the subscription management page.

Alternatively, you can email us at cleancalmcollective25@gmail.com and we'll help you cancel or pause. 

Refunds:

Once your monthly box has been dispatched, we're unable to offer refunds for that month.

If you cancel before your box is dispatched, you won't be charged for that month.

Changes to Your Subscription:

We carefully curate each month's scent selection, so individual scent preferences cannot be accommodated.
